Wild Rift

Overview

This anthem film was created for the 2022 Riot Games Global Championship for League of Legends: Wild Rift, celebrating the excitement and competitive spirit of the world’s top players and teams. The film introduced three original characters, each designed to complement and reflect the qualities of their respective champion counterparts.

Across the 2:30 minute animated film, subtle visual references and character moments paid tribute to the unique traits, abilities, and personalities of the featured LOL champions. At the same time, the story embraced inclusivity and broad representation, creating characters and experiences that resonated with a global audience.

Blending dynamic animation, vibrant world-building, and high-energy storytelling, the film captured the anticipation and spectacle of the championship while staying true to the fun, competitive spirit at the heart of Wild Rift.
